Anthropogenic climate change is accelerating! To protect environment we sometimes re-use used cardboard boxes. We only use clean boxes in which no food has been shipped, and which are in very good condition.
If possible we use paper tape and paper bags, very rarely we use plastic bags.

At certain times, we send sweets associated with Christian feasts as giveaway with the order. We do this because we live in a Christian region, and these sweets are offered at certain seasons, and are delicious, and not to spread certain religion! We respect every peaceful and tolerant religion.

Mentioned on the product pages prices include the legal VAT and other price components.
In addition to the prices we charge shipping cost for delivery. Please select the “Calculate Shipping” your country. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated on the product pages in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
For PayPal payments: We only deliver to the registered PayPal address! If you want the delivery to a different address, please add the address at your Paypal account under “additional delivery addresses” before you order. When paying with Paypal, pickup, or pickup by a parcel service is NOT possible, the Paypal rules do not allow that.

It is our decision with which parcel service we ship. If you wish to receive a special parcel service, please send us an email. Any extra costs must be borne by the customer.
We do not offer payment by cash on delivery. No other taxes or costs are incurred.

Country specific import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customers responsibility!
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company, or when you pick the item up.
Please do not confuse this charges with additional shipping charges!

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address of destination country of your order.

We do not ship on Public Holidays:

Please note, for several reasons like customs clearance, public holidays, misdirected parcels, weather or strike it can take longer.
If tracking is still showing consignment as not left Germany, this usual mean it has left and checked out in Germany, but not checked in in destination country!
After a reasonable time we can start a follow-up research.

If for any reasons the package arrives damaged, please take a photo and let the delivery driver take a note of the damage, and inform us immediately!
